A family owned business that takes pride in their craftsmanship. Everyone we dealt with was courteous and very respectful. Suzie listened to what I wanted, she made recommendations and explained the timeframe and process that differentiates them from others. I’m very happy with the end result, we now have a sturdy and beautiful pedestrian gate that’s also up to pool code. I highly recommend this business, you will not regret going with them. 5 out of 5 starsWe had a great experience with Precision Iron Solutions. We had a gate that needed to be replaced and Glenn and Suzie came out and gave us a quote almost immediately. We had our gate built and installed within a couple of weeks. After the gate was installed we had some builder issues with the wall that the gate was installed on. Their workers came out and fixed the wall and made sure the gate was solid no questions asked. Both Glenn and Suzie and also their installers are some of the nicest people you’ll meet. I received their information from my neighbor who highly recommended Precision Iron Solutions for their quality of work, professionalism, and follow-up. When I contacted Precision Iron Solutions, I was immediately able to get ahold of Glen. He was very knowledgable and professional. He told me he would be out the very next day to quote me on a new pool gate. Fast forward to the next day, and both Suzie and Glen were at my house. I explained I needed a self-closing gate and was in kind of a time crunch for my upcoming pool inspection. They were both very helpful, and that same day I had the quote in my email inbox. I agreed to the quote, and in less than a week I had a brand new, double gate installed, and it passed inspection with flying colors. I highly recommend this company. They are a small business who truly stands behind their work. They do such quality work, I am also looking at hiring them for a new enclosure for my pool pump. 5 out of 5 starsI'm not much for writing reviews but these guys deserve a shout out! We contacted Precision Iron Solutions for a side yard gate, I found PIS on Facebook, a number of posts seemed to indicate that customers were very happy with them and they were often recommended. We were in the middle of a pool build and were nearing the point of inspection where we needed an "approved gate" to be signed off as part of the inspection, it needed to open out, self closing and a safety latch on the opposite side. I contacted PIS for a quote, they came out the following week, took all the measurements and assured me that they knew exactly what was required to meet the city's code requirements. In just under three weeks I was contacted that the gate was complete and a time was setup for installation. The gate is exactly what I wanted, it was professionally installed and any mess created during the installation was throughly cleaned up. Every person that walks through the gate complements it, the inspector, pool builder, landscaper, everyone. The pool project manager said it is the nicest and softest closing pool gate he has seen. 5 out of 5 starsPrecision Iron Solutions redid my stair railing.They were quick to respond, came out and gave me a quote the same week I called and as soon as we made the decision to give them the work we had them back in 3 weeks removing my old stair rails and installing the new ones. They were very professional and clean. They communicated well and worked hard. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in having their stair railing updated. He was extremely patient with me as I did due diligence gathering other quotes. In the end he came in with a much lower quote than the others.
